Description :: •Responsible for overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities and operations of Restaurant / Banquet, Room Service
•Prepares reports for management including budget and forecasts.
•Furnishes guidance to Restaurant Leader, Kitchen Leader on employees training, public relations and sales promotion.
•To conduct, together with Restaurant Leader and Kitchen leader, actual inspection tours, checks on departmental operations and special projects.
•Works with Restaurant Leader and Kitchen Leader in testing and experimental projects to upgrade product or procedure.
•Meets periodically with Restaurant Leader and Kitchen Leader to review operations and discusses methods of improving procedures and ways to meet unusual business demands.
•Meets with customer on special functions and its arrangements.
•Keeps aware of trends, practices and equipment in food and beverage preparation and service in the hotel and restaurant field through trade literature and actual visits.
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
•Must be able to speak and understand English well. Ability to speak Bahasa Malaysia & local dialects is an advantage
•At least 3 years of working experience in Hotel F&B Service.
•Possess good leadership / supervisory skills, motivated and results-oriented.
•Good communication and inter-personal skills, pleasant disposition and well-groomed
•Willing to work shifts, week-ends and Public Holidays
