OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Manage and direct the overall finance, accounting and legal functions.
2. Participates in the development of the Company’s business strategies and plans.

Functions :
- Reviews and analyses financial and management reports and schedules.
- Participates in formulating business strategies and plans.
- Budget, forecast and cash flow projection.
- Tax planning, projection and compliance.
- Compliance of Accounting and Auditing Standards.
- Implements and maintains effective Internal Control and efficient business processes.
- Management of fixed assets and cash flow.
- Monitors stocks, debtors and creditors aging.
- Liaison with External Auditors, Tax Agent, Company Secretary, local authorities, banks, other financial institutions and etc.
- Other ad hoc assignments as and when required. 
Requirements :
- Preferably with experience in public listed company is an added advantage.
- Good analytical, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Qualified Accountant with a Degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
- Possesses self initiative, positive work ethics and good leadership qualities.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A member of Malaysia Institute of Accountants (Preferable).
