- - Head of Quality Control Department and to represent the company on all matters pertinent to quality.
- Ensure all quality processes comply with the company Quality Management System requirements
- Ensure all product produced comply with the company specifications and Malaysian Food Acts and Regulations
- Plan, execute, and control all relevant aspects to ensure compliance, achievement, maintenance and improvement of all relevant principles, policies, procedures and requirements relating to product quality and safety.
- Review of quality program periodically and to recommend actions plan to management
Identify, evaluate and promote application and implementation of applicable new production/quality techniques to improve quality of product.
- As the Management Representative for the company's quality management system ISO 9001:2008, HACCP and GMP
- Manage audits and coordinate activities for quality inspections for all sub contractors producing products under Adabi's brand name.
- Respond to and handle all customer complaints especially to find the root cause relating to any product safety and quality issues - Requirements :
- - Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science & Technology or its equivalent
- Have at least 8 years work experience in food/beverage manufacturing environment
- Experienced in relevant Quality Management System
- A strategic think, resourceful in problem solving with excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, PRO-ACTIVE and able to lead, motivate the Quality Control team in enhancing their performance
- A team player, matured and able to work independently
- Possess strong management skill, creative and result oriented with the ability to work under pressure
- EXPERIENCE IN FMCG (FAST MOVING CONSUMER GOODS) PREFERRED

Description
In 1984, the first batch of ADABI products rolled off from a small factory in Batu Caves Light Industries Area. Since then, our venture has grown immensely. Today, ADABI has become a household name in the food manufacturing business, with over 33 types of products under 4 main categories ; Powdered Spice Mix, Processed Paste, Soya Sauce and Flour Mix.
Our steady market growth over the year has prompted us to expand. From Batu Caves, ADABI shifted to bigger factories in Taman Kepong Light Industrial Area in 1986 and additional plants at Taman Ehsan Light Industrial Area in 1990 and 1992. With an ever escalating customer demand, the company shifted to its own factory and office premises located in Rawang Integrated Industrial Park in November 1996 to successfully cater to their individual and market needs.
