- -Assist in Planning, organising and executing enrichment and tutorial programme for the centre;
-Day-to-day admin & parents/students servicing for our tuition centre;
-Daily collections, compile students records, updating attendance list, scheduling of classes, compiling study material, generating incident and daily-sales reports, processing of enrolment and student request;
-Handle walk-in/telephone enquiries and provide course consultation to prospective parents and students;
-Handle and resolve general feedback and complaints and provide solutions for parents to ensure customer satisfactions;
-Liaise with Parents/Teachers pertaining to parents feedback;
-Provide general admin support to Teachers/Management;
-Liaising with vendors of ordering of office supplies;
-Any other general admin / tutoring duties of the centre as required. - Requirements :
- -Responsible, independent & service-oriented;
-Flair for working with children/teenagers environment; Tutoring/Teaching experience an added advantage.
-Min 'O' Level with customer service experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)
-Candidates who have demonstrated leadership quality and possess teaching/tutoring experience may be considered as Centre Supervisor.
-Ability/readiness to work retail operating hours & on weekends in line with current centre's operating hours (42-hrs scheduled work-week).
-4, 5 or 5.5 days work week available - Lowest Qualification :
