• To assist HR Manager to supervise the HR spectrum and ensure on going compliance with related regulations, statutory and HR policies and procedures are properly followed.
• Assisting the HR Manager in overall manpower planning of the Company.
• Checking and ensure the accuracy of the data key into HR system or prepared by subordinates before submission for or approval, including appointment letter, transfer letter, increment letter, OT form, employee data and etc.
• To initiate timely recruitment process by requesting for a copy of the Staff Request and Job Description from respective H.O.D, responsible for the preparation and insertion of all internal and external advertisement, resume screening, candidate shortlisting, co-ordinate with respective people in scheduling interviews, conduct interviews, advise H.O.D on the best fit candidate for the position, make job offer and reference checks (Executive and below).
• Manage monthly payroll preparation, processing and supervise payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• File the abandonment case to labour office.
• Assist HR Manager to administer the salary review and bonus exercises.
• Responsible for Company and staff insurance claim, including Group Insurance, Socso, Workmen Compensation and SKHPPA. Liaise with related agency or government bodies for the claim matter.
• Prepare memo, letters, minutes of the meeting and other important correspondences as directed.
• Investigate a variety of employee-related disciplinary issues, incidents, complaints and inquiries, feedback and propose further action to the superior, prepare related letter or report.
• Perform year end task of HRM system.
• Other ad-hoc tasks pertaining to HR duties as required by the superior. 
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Must be able to do multi tasking in HR process including Welfare & Benefits, Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Foreign Worker Management, etc.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Malaysian Labour Law, IR or Employment Act and other related legislation.
• Good interpersonal skills in dealing with all staff levels.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Skudai,Johor.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
