Description :: -Ensure effective daily front line operations, plan and schedule
-To ensure all reporting and control procedures in the operations, customer service, quality of production, Hygiene and Cleanliness standard, maintenance and general are completed and in place according to the company policy's and chain operation manual.
-To check improve and monitor sales outlets, plan, set the sales budget and target.
-Enforce and support all training for all new / old staff.
-Able to handling quality of food, quality staffs and hygiene standard.
-New outlet opening planning and arrangement.
-Liaise with supervisor for any problem arise at outlets and HQ.
-Motivate and supervise the outlets staff.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least Professional Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Food & Beverages Services Management or equivalent.
-At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Manager who specialized in Food/ Beverage/ Restaurant service or equivalent.
-Able to proven F&B experience and with at least 1 year as Area Manager in F&B industry.
-Candidate must be willing to travel from outlet to outlets.
