Description :: - Training: In charge of all staff training, to insure proper procedures for handling food and serving customers.
- Food Costs: Monitor kitchen to ensure proper use of product and inventory control while keeping waste to a minimum.
- Communication: Must be proficient in English, computer literate and respond to all emails within 24 business hours.

- Responsible for all Kitchen Production; including daily meals services and catering.
- Ability to cook a wide range of foods in large batch quantities: International western cooking.
- Safety & Security: Maintain a safe work environment for all staff and guests.

Requirements :: - Speak proficiently and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate; skills must at least include basic in Microsoft Office
- At least 5 years of kitchen experience
- Work with team, preparing daily meals and catering functions
- Plan menus by consulting with client, estimate food costs and profits
- Own transportation to/from work location
- Ability to stand for several hours at a time in a fast pace kitchen
- Ability and wiliness to learn new recipes/processes and techniques
