Description :: - To lead the entire Hotel Group in Strategic Planning, Growth & Development Plan; Execute & ensure that the Hotels are Profitable as planned.
- The Hotel Division includes and not limited to
i) 4 hotels located at Overseas;
ii) 4 in-house hotel in Johor;
iii) New hotels at Johor Bahru area.
Requirements :: - Min. 20 years of Hotels' Industry experience.
- Min. 10 years of Managerial Hotels' experiences;
- Has ever exposed to International Hotel Chains & various hotel function such as Hotel Operation, Front Desk, Sales & Marketing, Banquet, Kitchen & Room Division.
- Preferable with working knowledge in Hotel finance & Accounting.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Others or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru. and travel to oversea
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Hotel Management/ Tourism Services or equivalent.
