- Handle front desk operations of handling arrivals, check-in (registration) and departures of check-out (cashiering) of all the hotel guests.
- Excellent skills in customer relations and communication with all levels.
- Deliver the basic standards and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
- Maintain positive guests and colleagues interaction with good working relationships.
- Personally and frequently verify that guests are receiving the best possible service during check-in and check-out.
- Work closely with other Front Office personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focus on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of the hotel guest. 
Requirements :
- Malaysia citizen
- Candidate with have working experiences in the related field will be an added advantage.
- Comply with required safety regulations and procedures and hotel standards
- Ability to work at flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
