- -To ensure that the front desk counter is never left unattended.
-To answer all telephone calls with the standard greetings within three rings.
-To ensure all guests are welcomed and are attended to immediately without further delays.
-To ensure all messages are keyed-in correctly and accurately immediately upon receipt of requests.
-To modify in full all Registration Cards after a check-in process is completed.
-To ensure departure messages are sent to rooms every morning before the check-out time.
-To compile and merge guests’ history on a daily basis.
