Description :
-Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resource function including payroll, recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, training, industrial relations
and other HR administration.
-To be a HR advisor to Top Management.
-Monitor and manage HR cost through cost efficiency initiatives.
-Maintain and review the Company’s HR Policy and Employee Handbook and recommend necessary changes in line with HR best practices and in compliance with
the relevant laws and regulations.
-Manage talent requisition: recruitment, sourcing, screening, interview, selection, job placement and orientation.
-Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with the government authorities i.e. such as EPF, SOCSO and LHDN.
-Manage staff training & development requirements to achieve the company business objective.
-Manage and effectively execute both performance and rewards management process.
-Manage employee discipline or employee relations issues, grievances and counseling on work-related problems.
-Establishes the company wage and salary structure, pay policies and oversees variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
-Work closely with department heads to resolve day-to-day HR operational matters.
-Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities from time to time.
 
Requirements :
-Must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
-Minimum 5yrs of working experience in the related field with at least 2-3yrs in senior executive/asst manager level.
-Must be familiar with Employment Act and other related employment laws.
-Preferable experience in general HR generalist, knowledge on HR2000 payroll system i.e. Quick Staff and Quick Pay will be an added advantage.
-Meticulous, resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
-Good interpersonal skills and able to liaise with all levels.
-Self-motivated and positive attitude.
-A team player with good problem-solving skill and possess high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
-Well-versed in Malaysia Employment Act and statutory guidelines.
-One (1) full-time position available.
