- • To draft drawings of die bond / wire bond diagrams, lead frame and molded package drawings, and tooling drawings necessary to form complete forging, stamping, or other part.
• To create new and update manufacturing specifications containing related drawings as well as manufacturing flow chart.
• Assist Package Engineer to draw out and design lead frames, bonding diagrams, package construction and outline drawings, tooling drawings, generate or upkeep relevant documentation.
We will participate in Career & Postgraduate Expo 2013 at these two locations, interested candidates are welcome to attend walk-in interview:
• 17 & 18th November 2012 – Penang International Sports Arena, Penang
• 12 & 13th January 2013 – KSL City Mall, Johor
- Requirements :
- • 3 to 5 years hands on experience using Auto CAD / Inventor or similar software involved in design or support of semiconductor manufacturing activities
• Experience with optocouplers package design would be an added advantage.
Education :
• Certificate / Diploma in AutoCAD or other similar computer-aided design software
Skills Required :
• Intermediate / advanced user of Auto-CAD (2D, 3D)
• Fluent in English
• Coordination and team leadership skill
• Problem solving and Analytical skill
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
