- • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and general workforce involves in the projects.
• Conduct regular inspection and assess the work performance done by all sub-contractors.
• Evaluate and resolve problems and discrepancies arising at site
• Familiar with local standard quality implementation and safety aspects in the construction industry.
- Requirements :
- • Possess at least Degree/ higher Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is require for this position
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Self driven and able to work independently under minimal supervision
