- - Ensure projects are implemented safely and within the standards, project schedule and budget;
- Involve in project feasibility study and preparing proposals;
- Involve in engineering design;
- Provide technical support to sales and marketing team;
- Handle contractors and customers during project execution;
- Ensure plant is operated safely and at its optimum condition;
- Meet production target in terms of volume, cost efficiency, downtime, quality and losses;
- Ensure high standard of safety and housekeeping at site;
- Lead team to plan and execute maintenance activities;
- Conduct training for plant personnel. - Requirements :
- - Possess a Bachelor Degree of Engineering or equivalent in an engineering discipline;
- 3 years experience in similar industry is an added advantage.
- Self motivator. Must be able to work independently and long hours at times;
