Description :: • Managing the resources for structural (materials, facilities, consumables, etc); Liaise with procurement for the purchase of material and warehouse for withdrawal and monitoring the delivery of the materials.
• To manage the equipments and facilities for the project by identifying equipments and facilities requirement. Liaise with supporting departments to request and prepare the equipments and facilities to be used throughout the project.
• Ensure all major operations (heavy lifting, weighing) are executed as per procedures prepared by Engineering/Third Party.
• Manage and coordinate with subordinates (foreman and supervisor) and Structural subcontractor on work execution for fabrication and installation for structural deck and panels.
• To manage subcontracting and variation order activities by identifying subcontracting work and preparing the scope of work. Raise SI, prepare scope of work and monitor the SR until awarding of the contract and mobilizing of the subcontractors. Involve in tender briefing, TBE and techno-commercial meeting.
• Attended meetings with clients/subcontractors, disseminate the meeting outcomes to relevant parties and ensure the meeting targets are met as scheduled.
• To review, monitor & control drawings issued to subcontractor. Highlight to engineering department immediately if any discrepancy.
• Maintaining quality by liaise closely with QA/QC coordinator/personnel to ensure that all executed works inspected to specification and requirement.
Requirements :: • Min 8 years of working experiences in the same field
• Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering
• With STAAD Pro V8 knowledge
