Description :: Responsibilities:
Facilitate Management Reviews.
Data management and measurement.
Lead the effort for periodic audit by LRQA for ISO 9001/14001/OHSAS18001certification.
Oversee and follow up on inspections and fabrication reviews at suppliers / subcontractors site.
Conduct planned periodic QAQC meeting with Clients / Subcontractors QAQC personnel.
Perform duties of Project QAQC Manager, as required.
Provide questionnaires and follow-up on any Client bid clarification.
Attend any Client Kick-Off Meeting/Project Meetings.
Plan, schedule, lead internal audits and implement corrective actions.
Work closely with Suppliers in ensuring the fulfillment of quality requirements and conduct external quality audits.
Conduct Quality training for Management and employees.
Manage a team of QA / QC Inspectors
Requirements :: Requirements:
At least 10 year experience on QAQC.
Diploma / Degree in Engineering Discipline.
At least 5 years direct work experience in the offshore oil and gas, sea construction
Experience of pipework / spools, gained in offshore, Refinery or Spool Base environment.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / Quality Systems / Codes and Standards eg. API / ASME / AWS / NDT.
Testing techniques and welding activities knowledge.
Procurement QC knowledge and on-site QC experience is essential.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Ability to travel to onshore / offshore sites.
BOSIET. Fitness to Work Offshore certification mandatory.
Singaporean / SingaporeanPR preferred
