Description :: •Responsible for the overall project development and management including design development, implementation handing over and maintenance of projects and other related functions.
•To ensure all works carry out smoothly and timely.
•To set up project team and sub contractor team properly.
• Ensure smooth operations and delivery of quality service to customers.
•Manage all operation construction activities.
• Prepare operating progress claims and reports on monthly basis, or more frequently if necessary.
• Lead, co-ordinate and motivate the project team to carry out their respective functions.
• Liaise with owner, management contractors, consultants and sub-contractors to ensure the smooth project implementation.
• Check and ensure that correct construction drawings are issued timely.
• Always follow up to secure timely approvals in accordance to the project schedule.
Requirements :: • We are searching for potential talents with Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering
•Candidates with 15 years of working experience in handling infra-structure works including road & drainage are encourage to apply.
•Calibers with skills in effective leadership, management, interpersonal and communication skills are required.
•Multi language knowledgeable for English, Chinese, BM, Hokkien, Cantonese etc
•Computer Literate like MS Word, Excel, Project, Autocad etc
•Ability to handle multiple tasks, co-ordinate, lead, manageable and communicate efficiently and effectively.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
