- - Perform inspection and test as per the sampling procedures, forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.
- To plan and monitor inspection activities to be carried out in an effective manner.
- To record all quality issue raised, and initiate root cause analysis and to monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive measures effectively. - Requirements :
- - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Quality Engineering or equivalent with more than 2 years of solid QA experience and at least 3 years at managerial level.
- Good knowledge of various quality management system and ISO standards such as ISO9001 and ISO14001
- Strong understanding of quality principles and tools (e.g., TQM, SPC,AQL, DOE,GD&T, FMEA, GR&R etc).
- Must be self driven, focus, possess strong initiatives and leadership skills to lead the QA team.
