1.To propose to supervisor on new processes and detection counters/threshold
2.Outage management and handling of fault priorities based on set guidelines

Requirements :
At least 2 years working experience.

Diploma in Telecommunications/ IT / Computer Science

Good communicatuon skills

Fresh graduates are welcome

Good technical knowledge particularly in GSM/UMTS network, call flow & performance related

Knowledge in performance and reporting tools (i.e. Optima/SQM/EPS/i-NMS/MicroStrategy/Excel)
