Description :: -To support environmental procedure and regulatory requirements.
-Lead a team of Technician and Operators to achieve production required output, yield, quality of the product and shipment goals.
-To take care of general Assembly program.
-To coordinate on all assembly related engineering documents.
-To drive and participate in Assembly improvement activities.
-New line or product setup and qualification.
-In charge of related Assembly process areas.
-Perform failure analysis and troubleshoot of the process and yield related issues, which includes corrective actions and prevention actions.
-Plan and drive improvement project (yield, quality, cycle time, productivity etc.)
Requirements :: -Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or any other related fields with some years of working experience.
-Fresh or with working experience in semiconductor fields.
-Command good working relationship internally and externally.
-Possess good attitude, good team player and able to work independently.
-Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
