- • Overall in-charge and lead facility & maintenance dept. including plant electricity & water, building, machine for injection etc.
• Lead team to achieve KPI, ensure daily job done & follow-up open issue.
• Study project total coast & lead time. Provide lead time & follow-up for spare part needed.
• Directing and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling.
• Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements.
• planning best allocation and utilisation of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organising current premises.
• Liaise with all related parties including subcontractor, supplier to get job done.
• using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement;
• responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise - Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering Electrical / Electronic, Engineering Mechanical or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Factory's mechanical & electrical installations and maintenance.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably managers specializing in Maintenance / Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent. - Lowest Qualification :
