Description :: -To assist in planning, organizing and coordinating all events, trade displays, exhibitions and road shows for the firm, both local and overseas.
-To ensure successful and smooth running of events, in terms of logistics, supports, accommodation, manpower, materials and other related arrangements
-To assist the Sales & Marketing teams to promote the firm's properties, products and services.
-Responsible for project sales planning and implementation to ensure timely completion.
-Coordinate with local authorities, consultants, contractors and any related parties for all project activities.
-Work closely with internal parties on product development in compliance with the launching schedule.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
-At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
