Description :: - Ensures overall sales and marketing plans and strategies are executed. to monitor all processes being executed properly as per company's policies and procedures.
- Responsible in establish, maintain and ensure close relationship with the principal and existing and potential key customers.
- Identify customers' needs, facilitate solutions and propose strategies to enhance customer's loyalty, value added satisfaction and competitive advantages; without compromising company's overall profits and performance.
- Tracking, analysis and compilation of overall performance of sales within the assigned customers.
- To prepare revenue report and documentation, marketing activities including advertising and promotion activities and keep up communication with related parties to ensure products and services quality and performance is well maintained.
- Knowledgeable of M & E of diesel engine for marine and analysis of data diagnostics, identification of market opportunities and strategic recommendation.
Requirements :: - Must possess a recognised degree in Engineering with 4-7 years working experience in a similar environment.
- Exposure in power generation and marine are preferred
- Good command of English in writing and speaking
- Computer literate, Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point, etc.
- Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment where multitasking is a norm.
- High level of initiative, self motivation, pleasant personality and enjoys working with people.
- Provide own transport with valid driving license
- Must willing to work in Rawang
