- • Leading a team of technician in order to complete job assigned by superior;
• Study product drawing and mould drawing, and computes specification;
• Plan sequence of operations in order to produce parts according to design specification;
• Measure, mark and scribe metal stock to lay out for machining;
• Perform grinding, milling, drilling, polishing, CNC,EDM, wire cutting and other machining process on mould parts;
• Assemble and disassemble mould;
• Verify dimension of the mould;
• Performs mould rectification and modification;
• Perform mould testing;
• Maintains good housekeeping at workstations;
• Perform any other job/ function that may be assigned by superior. - Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): fitting mould, modify mould.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
• Able to interact with multiple department and working independently
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. - Lowest Qualification :
