Description :: 1. Provide overall technical support and ensuring the entire plant equipment and machinery operates efficiently.
2. Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance and repair facilities and equipment.
3. To assist in developing and implementing policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department.
4. Review procedures to ensure facilities equipment and services up-time are maintained at or above set goals through rapid response and effective corrective as required.
5. Coordinate employee training in emergency response, life safety, industrial hygiene and chemical and fire hazards.
6. Continuous, improvement and development programs must be implemented on plant equipment and machinery.
7. Ensures that all maintenance technicians are trained in a safe, timely, cost effective manner, and updated operating procedures.
8. To improve manufacturing process or developing new product to enhance efficiency for production line.
Requirements :: 1. A University degree/diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering.
2. Relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment related to latex products would be an advantage.
3. Technically sound and hands-on with work and machine processes.

We were incorporated in Malaysia on 30 March 2010 under the Companies Act 1965 of Malaysia as a private limited company under the name Careplus Group Sdn Bhd. Subsequently, on 5 April 2010, we converted our status from a private limited company to a public limited company to facilitate our listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities. We are principally an investment holding company whilst our wholly-owned subsidiaries are involved in the manufacturing, processing and trading of gloves.
