Description :: 1. Ensure Health, Safety and Environment Compliance stipulated in the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and any other recognized authorities’ requirements
2. Responsible to monitor, maintain, implement and improve occupational safety & health management system and corporate compliances
3. Prepare site registration and submission to Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) for new sites and tower crane installation application
4. Perform HSSE inspection / walkabout for all sites to evaluate subcontractors’ HSSE performance in the project
5. Liaise with external government and non-government authorities for compliance
6. Execute routine walk through audit and inspection
7. Provide specialist advice and information on Safety and Health and supervise changes as and when required
8. Perform any ad-hoc incident as well as scheduled reports on inspection investigation results
9. Develop Safety and Health working programmes and strategies;
10.Develop methods to predict possible hazards drawn from experience, historical data and other appropriate information sources
11.Maintain a working knowledge of new Safety and Health standards and legislation
12.Provide necessary training and educational support to employers and new/trainee employees.
Requirements :: 1. Possess at least a Recognized Professional Certificate / Diploma in Safety & Health Management and Registered Safety & Health Officer with DOSH (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
2. Good interpersonal, leadership and management skills as well as a team player.
3. Prefer candidate with at least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
