Description :: 1 ) To prepare quotation during RFQ stage.
2 ) To leads and train engineers in manufacturing processing, customer drawings and specifications, tooling and gaging approval and quality requirements
3 ) To maintain the project status, timeline, budget, Bill of Materials (BOM) and Engineering Change (ECN) administration ; prepare WI, Control Plan, PFMEA and etc-
Requirements :: • Mechanical, Electro Mechanical Engineering in Diploma or Degree holder and with minimum > 5 years related working experience.
• Skill, Abilities and Knowledge:
1 ) Familiar with specifications and requirements for manufacturing that includes having knowledge of laser technology, current punching, bending, machining, welding and powder coatings
2 ) Provide feedback to design engineers on customer problems and needs.
3 ) Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, and operation of product designs.
