Description :: • Plan,implement and manage the environmental, health and safety system to ensure compliance with statutory and company’s regulations and procedures.
• Responsible for recording and reporting any safety and loss prevention plans, individual fire, security procedures and accident reports.
• Evaluate and analyse any hazardous conditions and recommends remedial and preventive actions.
• Plans and promotes safety awareness program amongst all personnel.
• Conduct safety training in the factory.
• Conduct periodic safety meetings and audits to ensure compliance of HSE requirements.
• Compile accurate safety statistics report and make recommendations to the management for continuous improvements.
• Inspect and ensure sufficient safety equipments are provided for the production workers.
• Outlining safe operational measures by identifying all the relevant
hazards.
• Ad hoc admin tasks assign by management.
Requirements :: · Certificate in Safety and Health from NIOSH or related qualification.
· At least two (2) years working experience, preferably in a
construction/manufacturing environment.
· A certified competent Occupational Safety & Health Officer from NIOSH.
· Registered as a certified Safety Officer with DOSH. (with green book) is required.
· Computer literate and able to communicate in English.
· Good attitude, positive minded, self-starter, self-motivated person, independent and
good teamworker.
· Those currently pursuing Safety and Health courses are encouraged to apply.
· Possess own transport and willing to travel.
