- -Supervisors / Technician assist the Production Manager in performing continuous improvements in the areas of safety, quality, cost and production efficiency.
-Sets up and operates injection-blow molding machines to cast products from thermoplastic materials: Installs dies on machine, according to work order specifications, using clamps, bolts, and hand tools.
-Actively participate in change-overs, repairs and preventive maintenance, projects, R&D activities and other technical activities.
-Sets machine controls, regulating molding temperature, volume of plastic, molding pressure and time, according to knowledge of plastics and molding procedures.
-Maintain an adequate communication within the team as well as with other persons involved.
-Support projects and modifications.
-Run the machine and watch the process; if necessary adjust according standard operating procedures.
-Liases with production planner/manager on daily production plan, output, machine efficiency and downtime.
-Provide relevant manuals and working instructions.
-Complete all required documentation and data files during maintenance and repairs.
-Perform other duties as may be directed by his/her superior. - Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
-Required skill(s): MS Office.
-At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Lowest Qualification :
