- 1. Daily managing and supervision of works done by subordinates.
2. Follow-up of Production Schedule with Planner.
3. Monitoring & ensuring of productivity & target achieving. Analyze and troubleshooting the problems findings and conduct process improvement in order to achieve target for productivity, efficiency and quality ( to achieve OEE target set by the company )
4. Monitor rejection rate and countermeasure to reduce rejection.
5. Monitoring and ensuring of good products quality and Production area housekeeping.
6. Provide training and conducting of production meeting with subordinates.
7. Responsible for new mould and material testing. - Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
