Description :: Primary Function:
• Responsible to develop CNC program & process for all orders and lead a team of
machinist, operators & technician to achieve daily production output efficiency.
•
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible to prepare and propose cutter list.
• Responsible to monitor machine utilization and coordinate with planner on job loading
and machine planning.
• Responsible to liaise with QC to ensure smooth running of production
• Supervise employees in the production operation to ensure safety, quality and
productivity.
• Responsible to investigate the root cause of non-conformance and recommend corrective
action and measures to prevent recurrence.
• To maintain good 5S and proper housekeeping within the factory through the
involvement of all team members.
• Any others ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements :: Academic Qualification: Minimum diploma in engineering or equivalent. Good knowledge of
3of 5 axis CNC Machining Centre / Turn mill.Strong knowledge in NX (UG) CadCam software.

Work Experience: Minimum 3 year experiences in manufacturing. Experience in manpower
planning and excellent leadership skills.

Others: Knowledge of ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO13485 are an added advantage. Positive attitude,
high level of integrity, able to work with others independently. Ability to work under tight
dateline. Conversant in English/Microsoft Excel.
