Description :: Primary Function:
• Main tasks of the personnel / incumbent will be to establish and maintain the
upfront sale support activity of the company as well as to train local employees on
Engineering and costing techniques.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Analysis on new request for quotation (RFQ) package from customer on plastic
tooling and provide technical information for the package to prepare mould parts
costing.
• Prepare tooling costing for RFQ package
• Liaise with oversea Engineering teams for new project tooling.
• Prepare DFM on new tooling for customer approval and prepare tooling
specification for new tools.
• To proceed new tooling design with customer approval DFM.
• Liaise with Engineering teams and customer to resolve technical issue for new
tool design an obtain approval for fabrication:
➢ Project management, costing and manufacturing control
➢ R&D development and new production tooling and part sourcing
➢ Technical knowledge in tooling and manufacturing processes (Machining,
metal stamping, plastics Injection Moulding).
Requirements :: Academic Qualification: Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related field
Lowest Qualification :: Diploma
