Description :: - In charge of all QA inspection activity
- To provide technical support to the QA technician with the aim of achieving the highest level quality awareness from them.
- To coordinate and qualify new and any changes to existing equipment process and materials
- To coordinate with the relevant engineers on reviews
- To follow up vendors / process correction are properly monitored
To ensure the daily reliability test are done and improve the test methods
- Assist in product problem shooting for part fail reliability test
- Liase with eternal calibration vendor for equipment that could not be calibrated internally
- To reply all customers queries on restriction of hazardous substance and green procurement
- To submit ICP data to customer upon request for products and raw materials
- To conduct failure analysis on rejected samples from production line
- To ensure calibration history and record are properly maintained
- To perform other duties as requested by superior
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent
-Independent, self motivated and team player
Lowest Qualification :: Diploma
