• Monitor daily preventive maintenance job and follow up pending job.
• Monitor daily down mould checking status.
• Manpower arrangement on tooling daily activities.
• Daily repair 5s monitoring.
• Monthly checking and maintenance to ensure the tools and accessories in good manner and well function.
• New receiving tool checking and follow up testing status.
• Mould receiving or transferring arrangement.
• Repair complicated mould and improve the failure mould.
• Discuss lead time for mould repairing, maintenance and improvements.
• Come out failure analysis report.
Requirements :: • Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Engineering and above.
• Skills: Tool modification, improvement. Design.
• At least 4 years of working experience in related field.
• Computer skills, basic in Auto CAD/Solid work.
Lowest Qualification :: Diploma
