- - Ensuring that the QMS is established, implemented and maintained and its effectiveness is continually improved in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 standard.
- Promoting awareness of customer’s requirements through the organization.
- Acting as liaison with external parties on matters relating to the QMS, including handling of client feedback/complaints.
- Facilitating receiving, documenting and responding to relevant QMS communication (both internal and external)
- Planning internal audits, assigning internal auditors, reviewing and monitoring audit results.
- Representative creates written meeting minutes summarizing the management review activities; improve the QMS by documenting, the conclusions reached and action items identified. These minutes are used to guide.
