Description :: - Being the Pioneer and pre-opening team member, the incumbent is expected to perform the engineering Pre-Opening activities and takes over all facilities from installers.
- To ensure the routine preventive and services are carried out as planned/scheduled.
- Able to troubleshoot any arising equipments breakdown issues.
- Flexible and willing to standby for duty.
- Expected to provide useful and relevant continual improvement for the hotel facilities.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical),
Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the HOTEL INDUSTRY where minimum 3 years as Managerial level is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
- Proficient in both written and oral English Language.
