Description :: • To service and maintain equipment and ensure Equipment on best operation condition
• Ensure implementation based on maintenance schedule accordingly as planned
• To execute daily inspection of factory plant and machinery
• Verify all plant, machinery and equipment are adequate and safe for usage
• Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instruction as relevant and required by OSH system
• Liaise with contractor, government authorities and other interested parties on safety and health issues
• Meet local statutory and regulatory requirement for any related DOE, BOMBA and etc.
• Participate in detailed incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis and providing recommendation to accident, incident, near-miss and emergency occurrences
• Perform periodic maintenance and routine calibration of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems
• Provide technical advice and recommendations to a maintenance team to ensure an efficient workforce
• Monitor and review and analyse medical, employment injury trend and recommend actions
• To monitor, investigate and advise on occurrence of occupational health and safety issues and take steps to prevent and rectify shortcomings
• Responsible to ensure factory safety compliance through audit and issue of NCR reports for non-compliance
• Knowledge and Experience in ISO14001:2015
• In charge of environment report to Head Quarter
• In charge of ISO14001:2015
• In charge of Dosh report
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
2. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Required Skill(s): Officer with valid license from DOSH or NIOSH, Good knowledge in Occupational Safety and Health Administration
4. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent
