Description :: - To ensure meeting volume, quality target, yield, productivity and cost.
- Support Sales team on the quotation generation.
- Analyse product specifications, parts drawings, and other
- Provide monthly report of all First Article and tooling status.
- Coordinates the improvement of workstation and production line layouts, safety, efficiency and reliability of equipment,
- To maintain and control all Engineering products documents.
- To coordinate with the production in the evaluation off new product start up involving First Articles activities.
- Verify new product specifications and work with customers on manufacturability requirements.
- Solve product issues with emphasis on optimizing functionality and quality within the applicable cost and schedule constraints.
- To fabricate and test run of production moulds and jigs/fixtures before handover to production for mass production.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Material Science) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience
