Description :: 1. Define, characterize, and lead the implementation of new processes.
2. Assure sound engineering and validation principals are applied to process design.
3. Develop processes to be trouble free and ensure success every time (zero defects).
4. Assist with equipment selection and drive implementation of new equipment.
5. Manage projects to assure on-time/on budget implementation.
6. Monitor and maintain process controls.
7. Lead process improvements while mentoring others to improve processes.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
