Description :: Job Responsibilities:
• To attend to customer enquiries and draft layout proposal;
• Drafting of all material, fabrication and equipment purchase order requisitions and engineering specifications based on customer request;
• Review of client purchase order and attachments together with all Sales handover documentation;
• Follow up and liaise with internal departments and specialists to ensure completion of job instructions.
• Review and approve all sub-contractor bids including technical aspects;
• Management of sub-contractors to ensure the product is supplied to order and specifications and within the contracted delivery date to fulfill overall project objectives;
• Distribution and review of drawings and documents to client and seller, plus monitoring to ensure timely and quality submission.
• To manage/coordinate project with internal and external departments to achieve on time delivery within allocated resources;
• Visit clients and suppliers site for servicing and project matters
Requirements :: Job Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years working experience in project management and mechanical engineering field;
• Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD;
• Experiences as product engineer who involved in design and production or fabrication stage will be added advantage;
• Ability to work with all level of people and adapt to any kind of working environment;
• Knowledge in programming, electrical and electronics will be added advantages;
• Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point;
• Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills;
• Creative and eager to learn;
• Analytical and detailed oriented;
• Basic knowledge in MS Office such as Words and Power Point Slides;
• Continuous improvement mindset and teamwork oriented.
