Description :: • Establish quality procedures and quality control instructions.
• Liaise with customers / vendors / suppliers on non-conformance activities, perform root cause analysis and determine effective corrective actions to reduce or eliminate the cost of poor quality.
• Perform internal audits to evaluate quality system, products and processes (ISO9001, EMS, AS9100 and NADCAP).
• Perform vendor audits as required.
• Uphold customers’ and regulatory authorities’ requirements.
• Compile and submit First Article Inspection.
• Actively participate in continues improvement program.
• Guide, train and coach QC inspectors.
• Organize and control calibration.
• Any other tasks as assigned by Head of Quality and Engineering.
Requirements :: • At least 2 years' relevant QA experience in a precision engineering or aerospace OEM industry.
• Familiar with ISO9001 / AS9100 Quality Management System requirements.
• Familiar with audit covering special processes including heat treatment, CNC machining, shot peening and chemical processing would be a plus.
• Strong command in GD&T, MAS, APQP, PPAP, GRR and drawing interpretation.
• Basic knowledge in CMM, NDE and HT.
• Good analytical, problem solving, reasoning and organizational skills. Financial literacy, high analytical skills and self-starter.
• Experience in using problem-solving tools including fishbone diagrams, FMEA and 5-whys methodology.
• Meticulous and possess a strong aptitude for details.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a good command of English.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
