- Responsible in Configures, monitoring, testing, and troubleshoots telecom equipment and services offered to major telecom companies all over the world.
- Mainly responsible for performing test calls and act as a main interface with customer for all test related issues.
- Assist in the operation of overall telecom infrastructure and quality maintenance.
- Opportunities to learn and exposed to products and services that the company provides, including knowledge of reducing test failures due to test equipment or any other operational error etc.
- Perform entry-level task for our Network Operations Center.
- Perform tasks assigned from time to time with the guidance of senior engineers and gain very useful technical domain knowledge
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Good command of English, MS Office.
- Preferred skill(s): Good interpersonal skill, Willing to learn, Malaysia Citizen.
