Description :: • To lead maintenance team in machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Inventory control on the maintenance replacement parts & maintenance consumable items.
• To perform equipment preventive maintenance.
• To deal with suppliers / contractors for maintenance issues.
• Identity and Establish training need for subordinates.
• To provide quick-solutions when matter arises.
• Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates
• Performs any other duty as assigned
Requirements :: • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required
• Min. 5 years’ experience in maintenance management role
• Good trouble shooting skills with perseverance
• Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematic
• Experience in High Precision CNC Lathe maintenance is advantage
