Description :: 1. To improve production machinery in order to reduce downtime, increase machine productivity and solving the quality problem of produced parts due to machine.
2. Coordinate with external department for new machine implementation to production.
3. To lead in production machinery maintenance.
4. To train technician and operator in operating and maintenance the machine.
5. Create documentation for process(e.g. Work Instruction, Control Plan ,FMEA)
6. Perform other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements :: 1. Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering.
2. Min 3-5 years in industry machinery design and maintenance.
3. Knowledge in Mechanical Design by using CAD.
4. Knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulic and basic electrical circuit diagram.
5. Knowledge in Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
