Description :: 1. Promote Plant, Production, Operations, Maintenance and site management to drive the EHS performance and result.
2. To assist EHS manager for emergency response, training plan for EHS activities.
3. Monitor changes to all EHS regulations pertaining to their area and reviews recommendations for incorporation into EHS management systems and standards in a timely manner.
4. Accountable for managing site EHS documentation to include program design, EHS data collection and updating information, training documentation and EHS KPI reports.
5. Participates as a member of audits and assigns EHS resources to audit in their areas.
6. Participates in building facilities activities related to EHS with facility team, 3rd party chemical waste contractor.
7. Comply with all environmental, health and safety procedures and requirements.
8. Obligation to support on request in cross functional team in walkabout all areas of the factory for 5S and EHS issues and to develop measures to improve, including organization and waste reduction.
9. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements :: 1. 1-2 years EHS experience in the manufacturing industries.
2. Knowledge of regulations related to environmental, health and safety.
3. ISO14001 management system is a must
4. Comfortable with public speaking and explaining the intent of regulations and standards in our industry.
5. Proficiency in AutoCad, Microsoft Office and PowerPoint presentations.
6. Preferably in Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering / Equivalent.
