Description :: -Responsible for process design including process improvement, new process development and cost down projects.
-Create conceptual 3D solid works modelling based on the design inputs received and discuss with the concerned PE Engineer and freeze design.
-Create simulation videos from the design inputs received and freeze the final outlook based on discussion with PE Team.
-Close Follow up for fabrication and inspection of parts being produced at Sub-con during individual stage of fabrication.
-To design all requested processes independent of auto or manual, new or existing, integrate and validate the designed process to ensure timely implementation and factory release/transfer .
-Process design/drawing specifications prior to specifications and URS.
-In charge of overall machine/equipment design, test / verify & implementation (design/implementation Solid works drawings (parts, process, gauge)) and simulation.
-Support to Production and Maintenance with design/drawings.
-Responsible to ensure the enforcement and control of 5s, Safety and environmental protection in the respective area
-Perform other relevant task assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements :: -Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Process Design) or mechanical design knowledge and skill or equivalent.
-3 years working experience in manufacturing environment
-Solidworks skill, Design Modelling and Simulation knowledge is necessary
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
