Description :: 1. Provide professional service to assist customer on technical consultation and technical troubleshooting of any Makita power tools.
2. To collect repair tools from customer / jobsite.

Job Duties:
1. To attend any walk in customer to Makita Factory Center (FSC).
2. To provide any technical consultation to assist customer queries.
3. To assist technical support to assist any branch of FSC & ASC.
4. To routine and follow pickup schedule ASC.
5. To prepare repair tools quotation upon customer queries, pickup and return repaired tools.
6. To attend related outcall service troubleshooting solution.
7. To troubleshooting and repair all kind of power tools and outdoor power equipment (OPE) and comply/meet company target timeline.
8. To prepare repair worksheet and compiling monthly summary each 3rd of the month.
9. To check, repair, test and assembly back all incoming and outgoing tools for SIRIM test lab purpose.
10. To check and key-in customer data for warranty tools to meet company timeline.
11. To follow up customer on collection of repair tools.
12. To prepare monthly report of all the repair tools including SIRIM and WH97 tools in the service center each 3rd of the month.
13. To meet 5S of working place
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or any other related fields;
• Minimum five (2-3) years of working experience in service repairing and team management skill;
• Possess a strategic mind set with high level of integrity, ethics and results driven;
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent participatory management skills, effective team-builder with high accountability for his/her actions;
• Required skills: Microsoft Power Point, Words & Excel;
• Required language: English, Chinese, Malays.
