Description :: • Work with customers on quality objectives and goals to meet their demands for Quality.
• Use 8D methodology and other QC techniques to drive for CAPA
• Recommend and initiate continual improvement measures
• Co-ordinate and manage customer audits in the factory
• Conduct periodical audits to validate CAPA submitted to the customers
• Monitor product quality performance and generate quality reports.
• Attend customer quality review meetings via teleconferencing or on site
• Provide site quality support to customers
• Work with the various engineering and non engineering departments to resolve customer related complains
• Participate in ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949 Quality Management System audits
• Work closely with Advance Quality Engineering on customer requirements
• Prepare and chair the monthly and quarterly quality meeting presentation to management
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or any other engineering fields
• At least 2 years of working experience in the QA/QC field with experience in handling customer complains.
• Strong knowledge/experience in reading Mechanical drawings and GD&T symbols.
• Experience in the automotive requirements is an added advantage.
• Able to communicate well with all levels of employees within the facility and at customer site.
• Possess good communication and analytical skills
• Able to travel at short notice
