Description :: -Responsible for effectiveness and productivity of production activities meeting target on efficiencies and quality with KPI of Zero defect- DPPM, on time delivery 98%, productivity at 97%.
-Developing and implementing cost effective procedures and practices to minimize production cost without compromising on quality and productivity.
-Optimize production capacity utilization by balance up both location work load with minimum control over time work.
-Worker’s work skilled matrix inventory, controlling and schedule with skilled advancement training/ retraining via OJT as well as Video Aid self learning materials.
-Budgeting & expanses control on utilities (electricity & gas), maintenance spares parts, consumable, material waste.
-Visit customer for technical aspect in related to fabrication processes and quality.
-Communicate with HQ and attending meeting f2f & Telco/ Skype.
-Preparing report & presentation within internal management as well as to HQ
-Manpower hire & fire and performance assessment/ appraisal.
-Periodically reviewing and monitoring production performance and leading team members always think out of the box for creative ways of doing thing which may further increase value within the organization as a whole.
-Ensure all production work flow, system & procedure are strictly follow to establish QMS.
-To work together with various department on the daily activities, operations and organization aspects between the technical/ engineering and quality
- Champion BaaN system & work flow establishment & implementation.
-Preventive maintenance program set up, follow up & review.
-Handling all matter related to local authority for department of fire, environmental, electric, gas & water.
-Champion for contingency task force action team in storm rain/ snow season.
-Monitor store department and delivery activities
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
-Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
-At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required Skill(s): Production Planning, Manpower Planning, QA/QC, Familiar with Sewing processes
-Preferably Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
