- - Ensure continuous improvement in facility and maintenance team.
- To monitor and review utilities cost to reduce cost.
- To perform analysis of equipment systems, inspection, preventive, corrective maintenance
- Responsible to prepare yearly maintenance budget for Electrical system.
- Execute preventive maintenance task as per scheduled.
- Lead and supervise Chargeman to ensure utilities and facilities such as machine and equipment run smoothly to meet operation.
- To liaise with Local Authority for any issue that related to Company
- To perform corrective maintenance on facilities and equipment under Team responsibility.
- To participate in selection, assessment and approval of subcontractors and vendors to negotiate the best deal.
- Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Lowest Qualification :

Panasonic Energy Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. was established in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, Malaysia on 13 December 2011 and started its full scale solar module manufacturing production in August 2013. Our factory is a fully integrated plant manufacturing wafer, cell and module with an annual production capacity of 300MW.
As part of the Solar Business Unit, we produce HIT (Heterojunction with Intrinsic Thin-layer) solar modules,
which offers one of the world’s highest conversion efficiency. Panasonic Energy Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. will keep on challenging to deliver HIT solar modules that is key for the advanced energy solution for generating, storing and wisely using energy.
